We already had a Tool Klean UVC light stik which we have been using for months and are very happy with. It's so easy to use! This second light stik which I bought was for a family member. As review title says, the Tool Klean UVC Light Stik is a nice product. Easy to use and effective in it's description. I actually would give it a 4.5 rating. My only negative thought is that the charging port on bottom does prevent being able to set the wand in an upright position during use, as in a 'save time, set it up and go' fashion.

I tested this using an American Ultraviolet dosimeter card. Sufficient dosage was achieved in 120 seconds to kill any virus at less than one inch aiming at the center of the card. Slightly longer than I had hoped for but within the boundaries of the user manual. I will keep this one and use it for my mail since I already have several other methods for larger and non-flat items. It is worth noting that this is an incandescent bulb; the only kind I have found to work. I have returned several other brands employing LED and CFL bulbs that cannot deliver a sufficient UVC dosage in any reasonable timeframe (< 5 minutes in one spot at less than 1 inch). The ratings on this unit have been brought down by two buyers complaining about the use of mercury that seem to be ignorant of this. I purchased this directly from Tool Klean. I do wish the bulb was double the output reducing sanitation times accordingly. Nice ergonomics. Stay well!
